Following the success of the yarn manufacturing plant project of Texhong Ngan Long Science and Technology Co., Ltd. (Hai Yen Industrial Park, Mong Cai City), the investor continues to build the second largest fiber production factory in the district. Hai Ha. The first phase of Texhong Ngan Ha yarn factory at Phase 1 of Texhong Hai Ha Industrial Park was started construction in January 2015 with an area of 26.7 hectares in Quang Dien commune, Hai Ha district. The project has a total investment of 90 million USD, including items: office building, hotel, cafeteria and 2 factories with a capacity of 250,000 spindles / year. In which factory No. 1 has a capacity of 150,000 spindles / year and factory No. 2 has a capacity of 100,000 spindles / year.
